Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please order carefully as makeup & Skincare items cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. unused makeup & Skincare items may be returned within 7 days for exchange only with an approved Return Authorization. Items returned without an approved Return Authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be in the original condition and unused. Returned items should be sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure prompt delivery and for your protection.

SHIPPING  and HANDLING

• Your purchase will be shipped using USPS.
• We will provide a tracking number however, Interskin Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for any loss or damaged packages once it has left our packing facility and has been checked in by USPS
  
• If you would like to include insurance to your order, please email us before completing your order
  
• Tracking numbers are not provided for orders outside of the US.
  
• Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to ship, although most packages are sent out within 3 business days
  business days DO NOT includes weekends.
  
• Shipping and handling (7-10) business days is $12, Express shipping (2-3) business days is $25 shipping fees may also be determined by your package size

• Once your order has been placed, your delivery address CANNOT be changed. Also, once your order has been placed you CANNOT cancel the order but you are welcome to exchange the product if it fits our exchange guidelines.
